What type of video signal do you need? (TOP)
We can use NTSC composite video with a BNC connector or a modulated RF signal.

What size area do you need to setup and operate the screen? (TOP)
BigView LED & CRT – 62’ long by 22’ wide
PerfectView HD – 28’ long by 25’ wide (42’ long with tractor attached)
TrimView LED – 28’ long by 18’ wide (42’ long with tractor attached)

Do you need to keep the tractor attached during and after setup? (TOP)
We prefer to keep our tractors attached for the following reasons:
BigView LED & CRT – The tractors provide the hydraulic systems we use to build our screens. By removing the tractor we can not raise, lower, or turn the screen. It is also the main fuel supply we use to fill our generators. If you need to remove the tractor, we will need access to bring the tractor back to the trailer to raise and lower the screen at any time.

PerfectView HD & TrimView LED – Tractors can be remove but stored close by and onsite.

What is the power requirement? (TOP)
We provide our own power. Please contact us if you need us to use shore power.

What is the noise level of the generators? (TOP)
64 db(A) at 23 ft

What are the technical specifics of Transit Image screens? (TOP)
LED-light emitting diode (Mitsubishi Diamond Vision & Barco)
CRT-High voltage phosphorescence (Sony Jumbotron)

How does weather affect your equipment? (TOP)
In most cases, our equipment is unaffected by weather other than in severe situations.

Signage

What is signage? (TOP)
Static sign panels frame each screen. These panels can be used for advertising purposes. By selling the advertising around the screen, you can create revenue to offset the cost of the screen. This area is a prime location because all attendees will be looking at the screen at one time or another. Some events pay for the screen by selling this advertising along with commercials that run on the screen.

What materials should advertisers use for signs to be placed on the display panels? (TOP)
Corrugated plastic or coroplast.

How are signs attached to the panels? (TOP)
One edge fits into a channel that runs the length of the sign and is held by setscrews. The other side is attached by c-clamps.

Who installs the signage? (TOP)
Transit Image will install the signs if they are available at the time of setup and are the correct size.
